At Little Seeds we believe every child is unique and they grow and develop at their own pace. The children are at the heart of all of our work and our priority is to deliver quality learning in a stimulating environment to help the children to grow.

Aim

· To create a safe secure environment to help the children to play, learn and grow.

· Provide fun, challenging activities for each child to learn the best they can.

· Respect each individual  making sure they feel safe, secure, happy, independent and motivated.

· Value and empower our children and staff by recognising and celebrating success and achievements. 

· Build and maintain positive relationships with parents and carers.

Values

· Respect and Kindness- Promoting a culture of tolerance, inclusion, diversity, equality, fairness and opportunity. Kindness is very important as it raises others wellbeing.

· Happiness and Wellbeing- Children learn and thrive best when they are happy. We promote wellbeing through teaching the children to express their feelings.

· Engagement- We aim to engage all children through our exciting activities and our wonderful, relaxed environment. We will engage with parents to ensure they’re involved in their child’s early learning journey.

· Achieving- Children leave Little Seeds ready for the next steps of their educational journey feeling confident. Staff recognise and praise all individual children on all their achievements throughout their time at Little Seeds.
