Elaine McKie - Owner

Meet Elaine – Nursery Owner, Manager

Hello, I’m Elaine, the proud Owner, Manager of our nursery. I have worked in childcare for over 13 years, gaining a wealth of experience across different settings and developing a strong understanding of how to support every child’s unique journey.

I hold an NVQ Level 3 in Early Years and an NVQ Level 2 in Team Leading, and I am passionate about combining my knowledge with hands-on experience to create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment for all children.

I love working closely with children, their families and my dedicated team to build strong, positive relationships. My goal is always to ensure that every child feels happy, supported, and able to reach their full learning potential.

Nicola Foster - SENCO

I have 8 years’ experience of working with children in both childcare and schools. I hold a degree in Children and Young People with Early Years Educator, which I completed in October 2020.

I am passionate about children learning through play and enjoy creating fun, engaging activities for them to explore, helping to support their overall development.

Louisa Coyne - Early Year Apprentice

Louisa is our Level 3 Early Years Apprentice. She is passionate about creating a nurturing and engaging environment where children can explore and grow through sensory play experiences.

Dalia Piri - Early Years Educator

My name is Dalia, and I have over 7 years of experience working with children aged 0–5. I am passionate about supporting children’s growth and development, and I love creating fun, engaging, and nurturing environments where they can learn and thrive.

I’m outgoing, energetic, and enjoy bringing creativity into children’s learning through songs, dance, and playful activities. I believe in making each day exciting while helping children build important life skills and confidence.

Nicole Tippet - Early Years Educator

My name is Nicole, and I have four years of experience working with children. I successfully completed my apprenticeship in September 2025.

I have a real passion for creating engaging messy play activities, which support children’s sensory development and encourage exploration. I particularly enjoy working with children to make playdough, supporting their creativity and hands-on learning.

I am dedicated to supporting children in their early stages of development, helping them to grow in confidence and reach their full potential in a nurturing environment.
